    SB 324 It needs amending to provide flexibility to allow administrative review rather than public meetings/decisions.

    Missoula County supports Senate Bill 324 - Generally revise the subdivision laws related to lease or rent requirements, as amended. SB 324 takes a positive step in reforming laws regulating subdivisions for lease or rent.
