The bill attempts to provide relief for select subdivisions for least or rent if improvements "existed or were under construction" prior to the effective date of this bill. The bill does not remedy problems Missoula County has noted relative to lease/rent projects that we believe should not be required to go through subdivision review in the future. -Pat O'Herren
