This bill increases the IT surcharge from $10 to $20. The name of the surcharge will have to be changed since funds will be disbursed to Court IT and the Crime Prevention Program. This will require a programming change in FullCourt for both Justice and District Court. The Supreme Court IT Director indicated that the programming changes can be made with existing staff. I have no concerns related to Clerk of Court duties. MACDC is monitoring for amendments.
