This bill provides local government control of the review process for subdivisions for lease/rent in zoned areas that include "standards for uses of property that create subdivisions for rent or lease." While this may be beneficial in some counties, it would require Missoula County to amend some 40+ zoning district standards before the bill would be of limited value to local residents. -Pat O'Herren
